Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Councillors, CEO and Staff of Wyndham City
The following petitioners draw the attention of the Council to the Wyndham community’s expectation that the $36 Million in developer contributions remain usable in Pt Cook.
Wyndham Councils open space strategy reveals that Pt Cook needs more facilities and open space. It is vital that Council build facilities for Pt Cook residents in Pt Cook. Residents are not asking for preferential treatment for Pt Cook, just FAIRNESS.
Therefore, the following petitioners hereby request that the Wyndham Council use the funds FAIRLY and build NEW facilities in Pt Cook.
Councillors also sought legal advice over the use of developer contributions from Pt Cook in other areas within Wyndham.
The petitioners respectfully disagree with Councils position and seek the Council to publicly release all legal advice on the matter.
