QUEENSLAND Rate capping petition
Why we need rate capping in All States.
In 2016, rate capping was introduced in VIC, and it has constrained local Councils in lifting rates.
This has saved MILLIONS of residents from BILLIONS in unfair rate rises.
In this cost of living and housing crisis, we need certainty, that Local Councils cannot continue to gouge us and effectively take what they want.
